Ok, side effects such as oily stools are not completely endearing - but hey with a little fore-thought the effects can be mitigated. Do not see this tablet as a mirical, it does work there is no doubt about that, but effort is acheivement. It's a little trial and error at first, you learn fast what foods to avoid (if your like me and like to push your luck from time to time) i've lost 4lb in 2 weeks taking 2 tablets a day, and making small changes to my eating habbits (I am NOT on a diet, I am making small life long changes in what I eat/drink I.E butter to low fat spread smaller plate, stopping eating before i'm full etc)and its working with what feels like little effort.
