Well I must say this Simple Derma meets all it claims, instant relief when first rubbed in, I just rubbed in more maybe 3 times a day when the itch returned, after 4 days 90% of the outbreak has gone, I believe the result will be quicker next time, as i have the cream ready.Being male, i like that it is unscented, oily when you first rub it but soons soaks in. I do suffer from dry patches on cheeks and around my nose, once I put Simple Derma on the affected parts it does its job and more. The only criticism I do have is it can quite greasy upon first application, but it soon disappears. I was sceptical at first about using any type of cream on my face, but it soon went when I started using this cream. Even the redness that I do suffer from has been controlled by a few moments each day putting on Simple Derma Intensive relief. Amazon delivered the cream in the time they said it would be. Your skin really starts to dry out, your hands feel papery and so dry. Even more so if you have a job that involves working outside.I did have a really bad problem with dry patches on my hands and needed some treatment and fast, not nice feeling as though you have some sort of bad problem that you can't just cover up, as when wearing gloves they still hurt. (Scaly skin caused by the too cold weather). I tried some of this cream (it did say about the 4 day results) well not sure if I did believe it, but after using it twice in one morning noticed an improvement, put some more on and wore a pair of cotton gloves so it would really sink in overnight, the next morning a vast improvement.
